Certified parts, not certified promises
In markets flooded with lookalike parts, the certificate matters only if someone actually tests, audits and revisits. Here is what covers every Wangma product family.
Type testing
Samples go to an independent testing institute. Material, impact and dimensional tests against the standard for each family, per certificate scope.
Factory audit
Auditors walk the line: tooling ownership, incoming material gates, welding and coating parameters, traceability from batch to shipment.
Surveillance
Certified lines get revisited. Products keep the certificate only while the audits keep passing, and an insurance-backed ecosystem sits behind the scheme.
What that means on a packing list
- Certified families include bumpers, grilles, hoods, fenders, doors and tailgates; the certificate scope covers nine body and chassis families in total.
- IATF 16949 production system, the same standard the OE supply line runs on.
- Certificate pack ships with the documents; batch numbers trace back to the production run.
- E-mark options on lamps for EU-bound orders, arranged per order.
Insurance certification
Independent to the product certificates and harder to earn: since 2019 Wangma has been a certified parts supplier to China's leading motor insurers.
Certified supplier
Registered with top domestic motor insurers as an approved parts provider for claims-repair supply.
Volume record
Claims programs run at repair-shop volume with fixed deadlines; fitment errors show up there first, and our return rate is part of the record.
Rolling reviews
Insurers review part quality and service on a rolling basis, with documented satisfaction on both.
